I done it wih pencil this morning :3, I wanted to color her with that colours because it's a character that I created some time ago, was funny color the feathers XP
Profile coming soon... I was inspired by .PEN.'s (Nezumi) art too Profile: Name: Aurelie Nickname: Aru Origin of name: -- Age: 15 (human) years old Sex: female Height: 170 cm. Weight: 56 Kg Breed: bird / dinosaur Personality: very shy and fragile, but with a big heart. Aurelie is a character that doesn't talk much because of her shyness, but beyond it, lies a character very sympathetic and generous. In difficult times, often Aurelie escapes, only fight when she isn't allowed to escape in any way. Is very fragile, but in extreme cases she cry only. When is depressed, it's unable to sleep, and lies down on the grass to gaze the stars in the night sky. Despite everything, she is happy and likes to live her life. Likes: walk in green fields and flowers, yellow flowers, watch the sea Dislikes: be taken for a ride, flying at high altitude (it prefers to fly a few meters of soil), the Humans Hobbies: decorate her nest with yellow flowers, cleaning his feathers Level of strength:still none, but she is weak. Weapons: still none Little Story: The singolar thing it's that has always to remake her nest, because she is unable to defend it, and often the other birds occupy it, and also is the fault of the natural disasters that destroy her nests ever. Desperately, she trying to find a solution to create a strong nest. ♥   Comments

Critiques
The use of colours is also nice. The white of her paws stands out to the purple of the rest of her body, but the white tips of the feathers make it blend in nicely.
I personally think the colour of her eyes doesn't blend in so well. Especially because it is the only yellow in the whole drawing. An side-effect of they is that they really stand out, which I think is a good thing though.
I also like how you made the end of her toes a bit pink, which makes it look really cute.
(Did you draw the lines and then scanned it in without retouching them or did you draw over them in an art program?)
